Sunday, October 1 immediately after service until 2 PM we will enjoy lots of great food, fellowship and fun as a church family and it's all FREE!  It's coming fast and we are still in need of help in so many areas….to those of you who have already signed up, thank you!  And to those who have not yet signed up, please see details below of where you can help and contact Barb in the church office to let her know where you would like to be plugged in!!!

PROVIDING A SIDE DISH…hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, chips, condiments and drinks are all provided as well as free Sno Cones from the Kona Ice Truck!!  We are asking those attending to provide a side dish that corresponds with your last name:

         A - G SALAD OF YOUR CHOICE

         H - O VEGGIE TRAY, SLICED TOMATOES AND/OR ONIONS OR FRUIT

         P - Z DESSESRT

INFLATABLES…we will have three large inflatable water slides for kids to enjoy and are looking for volunteers who would be willing to monitor one slide for a 30 minute time slot.  

CORN HOLE…This was a popular event last year and if you have a corn hole game you would be willing to bring, please let Barb know!

CLEAN UP…many hands make light work and following the picnic, we need help wiping down tables and resetting the Fellowship area, etc.  Please consider staying an extra 30 minutes to help get this important project done. Fortunately, we don't have to worry about the large tent, tables and chairs outside or the inflatables so the task isn't as difficult as it could be!

A quick note to parents - if your child is going to enjoy the inflatables, please bring a change of clothes for them after church so that they are able to enjoy the water slides!!
